Cleveland's visit goes better than expected
Three-star cornerback Tolando Cleveland made the decision to flip his commitment to Mississippi State on Thursday and the following day he arrived in Starkville for his official visit.
Cleveland had been to the Bulldogs campus several times before but this time it was different.
"Everything went well," Cleveland said. "It was way better than I expected or that I anticipated. I got to see a lot of things and got to be around the players so it was great. We toured the facilities, ate very well and met with the coaches."
The 5-foot-11, 170-pounder from Powder Springs, Ga., attended MSU's junior day last spring as well as camp during the summer. On those previous visits he was able to see most of the Bulldogs campus and facilities.
But State just opened the doors on the $25 million Seal Football Facility last month which made an impact on Cleveland.
