Although the five-star linebacker is widely talked about, Jenkins is quiet when it comes to discussing the recruiting process. Early on it seemed that the Cavaliers were well-positioned for the Good Counsel standout, but of late there has been little to no talk of UVa. Is Virginia still in the mix?
