When Hurricane Irma was making a beeline for the Florida peninsula, many of those in the Sunshine State looked to find shelter from the storm. For three-star UVa offensive line commit Martin Weisz, that meant driving a few hours north to Orlando. At least, that is, until the storm headed for central Florida instead.

Weisz and his family made it back home to West Palm Beach and rode things out there. Thankfully, they were not among the millions who suffered extensive damage from the winds and rains associated with the system.

As he and his teammates have tried to get back to "regular" life since then, they're still dealing with the scheduling impacts that have made his senior season anything but normal.
