Though the NCAA appears to be in the process of changing existing rules for when football prospects can sign their letters of intent, there's still a long way to go before 2019 recruits can officially end their recruitments. But that hasn't stopped some of them from seeing plenty of interest.

And thus far, that's been the case for Louisa defensive end/outside linebacker Brandon Smith, who is poised to be one of the Commonwealth's top prospects in the next recruiting cycle.
