Q&A: Mariteragi discusses what went into his decision to pick UVa
One things fans had hoped might develop for UVa upon the hiring of Bronco Mendenhall in late 2015 was the possibility that his background of bringing players from the western portion of the United State, including Hawaii, could prove beneficial for UVa.
In the class of 2018, with defensive lineman Samson Reed already in the fold, the Cavaliers have begun the stretch run in the class of 2018 with a second commitment from Kahuku (HI) in 6-foot-5, 265-pound offensive lineman Micah Mariteragi.
