Spring ball: Five storylines to watch as the Hoos get back to work soon
After going 2-10 in 2016 and losing its last seven games in a row, there have been plenty of questions facing UVa this offseason. As the Cavaliers get set to begin spring practice next week, the process to come up with answers on the field begins as well.
It was the first losing season that Bronco Mendenhall has had as a head coach and in various public comments after the season, he vowed that he had learned plenty of lessons from his first season in Charlottesville.
Now, he's set to begin his second spring on Grounds and in so doing must get this team to execute at a much higher clip compared to the group that struggled mightily last fall.
Ahead of the start of spring ball, here are five key things to watch over the course of the next few weeks leading into the annual football festival on April 29:
